Decided to try this salon since it is under new ownership. I had an appointment at 12 and was promptly greeted at that time. The staff and my manicurist were welcoming and very professional. I've had 3 friends ask me where I had them done. I would highly recommend you give them a try!

DON'T GO - I gave this place 3 times. Yesterday my daughter and I had a 5:00 appt and they didn't take us until 25 minutes later so our appt ran past their 7:00 closing time. They badgered me to pay before the services were performed so they could close out their cash register. Then when I was drying my nails, the husband stood over us and the wife was outside on the sidewalk trying to pressure us to leave - they even turned out the lights on us! The service when I started going to this salon about 6 or 7 years ago was great. I have since been questioning why I keep going back. On my last 3 visits.... One visit for a refill... fingers cut with drawing blood.... waxing(oh this one was not good) I am a customer who waxes the entire face, so I go into get waxed and I was taken back right away, however the salon was full so needless to say it was a huge rush. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I've gone here many times, only because it is the only nail salon that is close to my place of employment (in Harleysville) where I'm able to squeeze in a refill during my lunch hour. However, from now on, I'll drive the extra distance over to Towamencin so that I don't subject myself to the poor attitude and unfriendliness of the female owner. She didn't even greet me today.
