I went there a few times, it was a good service. And FYI, if you need to get your beauty done, you should make an appointment, and do not need to come right before closing time. Beauty always takes time to do; I assume those staffs work more than 10 hours per day, and they like to close on time. I never get any problems to get my service done there. I loved all the staffs there. I always go back there every time I'm in town.
The World Cup was on tv and the only male tech in the place did my nails. He did such thin coats in my nails I can see through the color. He also had to keep redoing two of my fingers because he was watching tv and would bump my freshly painted nail into something before drying. I paid for a shellac manicure and it didn't last a week before chipping. I felt like a complete inconvenience for a service I paid for.
Place is dirty and needs remodeling.
Went in for a set of acrylic nails about an hour before closing time and I guess she was in a hurry because she rushed through my nails....they are very globbed up and look horrible. They are not smooth on top and do not look natural.
After a hard day of work, I walked in and received the best pedicure -ever. Will be back and will send my family there.
I love this place. the new person took over the shop did good jobs, I get my nail done all the time, the service is great ! they speak so well and friendly. I'm happy with my nails :)
Lylee and her sister are awesome! They are so nice and speak great English. Most comfortable massage chair I have ever been in. Got nail tips and french pedicure :))) I've found my "happy" place!
I go to the Fancy Nail alot, and I do like it. The nail technicians are nice and friendly. The price was cheap than most of the salon in Alton area. I go there every 2 weeks to get a OPI pediure and manicure; it is a little bit expensive ( $10 extra), but you get a full treatment for your feet. It feels great and I love it. If you can't afford $ 10 extra, you can have a regular pedicure which is $20. I recommend everyone comes and tries it.
