I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the recent dip powder manicure I received at your establishment. A week ago, I had a French manicure. Within two days, two of my nails had cracked and were causing me significant pain. By Friday, a third nail had also broken. Despite my previous loyalty, the recent service has been unacceptable. Terrible customer service, rude, and lackluster massage/pedicure.
I went in just for a full set gel color. The lady who did my nails, Vivian, was extremely condescending the entire time. Not sure if she was already in a bad mood, but it was clear she seemed very bothered about doing my nails. She rushed through the process and was aggressive when working on them. In the end, the results look like the nails already have 2 weeks of wear, since she didn’t cut my cuticles or polish the top base of my nails. My first time having a bad experience here.
