Zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE!! I came in to get my nails done for an important event and came out with a dip manicure that had bumps, ridges and not even close to the color I asked for. I had to leave right after my appointment for my event so I decided to come back two days later when I was back in town. Not even an hour after I left the salon the first time my nail had cracked so bad it caused so much pain. All I did was pick up a mug and it cracked the entire nail. Jen always does a wonderful job every time when we go do our nails! We’ve been coming here for the past 9 years and every time the service is caring and welcoming.
DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!! I got a gel manicure and 3 days later the gel nails popped off on 3 nails and chipped on two. I went back and Tina repaired the nails but the next day more nails popped off. This has NEVER happened to my nails before so I think it is due to poor quality nail polish and workmanship. They were happy to re-do the nails first time i returned, but I didn't go back a second time because I want my gel mani done right! I don't want to keep running back for a re-do.
