Never, ever walk through the door of this establishment. I was assaulted before getting up and walking out. I went in to have my acrylic removed. Over and over I asked her to be gentle, she sawed on my nails and basically ripped them off. I finally had to tell her to stop because it was obvious she didn't know what she was doing, and she grabbed my arm. And started yelling at me. 4year update as I forgot to warn others of this business's nail practices: Stopped going to this location after trying to give them another chance (2021) and even updating my review after I thought they were great again. But after trying to go to this place a few more times I was DONE. Last visit: Forgot her name but there was a miscommunication error between I and the nail tech where I wanted ombre nails but didn't realize she needed to remove my old acrylic set. Tony is AMAZING! Unfortunately this business is not solely reliant on Tony. Will not return here. The “matriarch” woman in charge is always rude. Just overall bad experience
My husband and I went in for a pedicure and manicure. The ladies did a great job, were all really nice, and took their time with us. It was an awesome experience!
