I have been there twice now and each time I go they don’t listen and wanna add a price to basic simple things. Also, they don’t use the proper tools like for example a bench to rest your arms on. Forcing me to continuously readjust my hand and like I could hear her getting mad at me for it. Burned my cuticles so bad with the drill on 2 fingers and literally the nails look so crooked and lines are not even straight because of how much she rushed it because more people were coming in and she wanted to tend to them. Never, ever walk through the door of this establishment. I was assaulted before getting up and walking out. I went in to have my acrylic removed. Over and over I asked her to be gentle, she sawed on my nails and basically ripped them off. I finally had to tell her to stop because it was obvious she didn't know what she was doing, and she grabbed my arm. And started yelling at me. 4year update as I forgot to warn others of this business's nail practices: Stopped going to this location after trying to give them another chance (2021) and even updating my review after I thought they were great again. But after trying to go to this place a few more times I was DONE. Last visit: Forgot her name but there was a miscommunication error between I and the nail tech where I wanted ombre nails but didn't realize she needed to remove my old acrylic set.
