Avoid this shop at all costs.. Family friend baught a £600 ring here and it broken in half when someone shook hands with her.. Don't waste your money here.. When it goes wrong they won't help.. They only want the money, very rude people, avoid them at all costs 👎👎👎👎

Excellent jewellers, good price and good customer service. Felt very respected and was happily warmly invited and greeted.
The woman owner is so rude. She is so proud, she only likes rich people. The security man also rude ubrupt challenging behavior, he spoke to me like he is above us. I would give the shop staff zero for customer service and the owner I would give . Some Jewelry is nice but theor pride prevent's me to in that shop.and get abused. Please take a family member with you. As the security staff is intimidating, if you don't buy anything and just go to browse he gets annoyed and says " you are wasting time and not buying" that is so ... read more
