Rude, Deceitful Cleaners, terrible customer service – Do not ever use this dry cleaner! We were regular and loyal customers for a long time (despite minor mistakes here and there), and brought in a lot of business, but the manager and tailor made a mistake with our clothing (sending back the same item multiple times without having done any tailoring, and charging us for it) and refused to rectify the error. Holes in my clothes – I dropped off a wool sweater to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up it had holes. Owner told me that they were moth holes. I had just moved to a new apartment so I thought it was possible. A year later I picked up a cashmere sweater of my husband's (it was new; he had worn it only once) and AGAIN it was filled with holes.
