I been coming here for a while and when I guess she is the manager she is an older lady whenever she is there I’ve never had any issues I visited today and it was two young girls. Very standoffish not helpful at all I had a few questions and the most I received was shoulder shrugging. If I had went with my first mind it would have been to go to a different hair supply store and I should have considering the hair is non refundable and non returnable at least have someone who actually knows the answers to the questions.
