I've used Fancies Flowers twice-the first time I ordered directly with a phone call; second time using their web site. Both times, ordering was easy, & my sister raved about the arrangements. Most recently, at an open house for her new business, my sister called the next day to thank me, and said that it was just outstanding. She also mentioned that many people commented on the arrangement and asked her where it had come from.
