Dr. Gagen and her staff are wonderful. She always has clear easy to understand explanations of what is wrong. Checks in on issues, and otherwise provides a safe, friendly, and effective environment to receive care. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
While down with COVID, she still did my visit by Telehealth. She always takes all of the time needed and never rushes through the exam or any questions. She takes care of all 3 generations in our family.
Dr. Gagen was my primary physician shortly after she opened her office in Trenton. She and her staff have been the absolute best I have ever had. Caring and compassionate doesn't even come close to describing them.
I have been a patient of Dr Gagen for a number of years and consider her the best Dr I’ve ever seen. Before I have picked my insurance plan I make sure she is taking it. Her staff has always been very pleasant and helpful.

I LOVE Dr. Gagen she is so incredibly sweet and caring. However, the majority of the staff are incredibly difficult to work with. I've called about chest pain and my message for Dr. Gagen "got lost." Almost every time I've called I've gotten someone who is rude and/or condescending. There's absolutely no access to Dr. Gagen without an appointment (and the hours they have will cause you to miss work without exception). I'm so incredibly fed up with the staff, but again Dr. Gagen is WONDERFUL.
She is listed as accepting patients on Tricare site however isn't accepting new Tricare patients. Her office staff was rude and unprofessional. I'm sure she's a good doctor however her office staff leaves much to be desired.
I hate...seriously HATE..anything involving doctors. However, Dr. Gagen listens and seems to truly care about her patients and their concerns, input, etc.
I am a 100% Disabled Veteran who has been a patient of Dr. Gagen for the last ten years...WHAT A MISTAKE!!! Her receptionist (husband) just notified us via a telephone call that they will no longer take TriCare Prime insurance...In other words...SCREW ALL ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY AND VETERANS!!! We received this notice two days before I go in for a MAJOR SURGERY! They will not even grand-father in existing patients! We were told to find another insurance company or pay cash!
