Beware of this company. After working as a manager for the past 3 years at the Providence location, I along with many other employees can say that they do not care for their employees and will not see you as an equal. Your hard work will go unrecognized and you will be expected to do everything and anything despite your title. Employee retention is the lowest I have ever seen in any establishment.
