I had an excellent experience with the service on my attic ventilation fan. They were easy to work with to get a timely appointment. The technician arrived right on time and had a positive attitude about getting way up in the rafters of my attic on a very hot day. He was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional throughout the entire visit. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to getting the job done right. I highly recommend Fan Man for ventilation needs.
Fan Man installed my two attic fans years ago, a while after we built our house in 2007. These fans made a big difference in our upstairs cooling, and our A/C technicians are always happy to work in our attic in the summer because it is much cooler than all the others. 6/29/17 - Mark from Fan Man (Fan Man Romano) called to apologize for the issue we had on 6/28/17 (see original post below). He said he realizes that situations like mine, where a part malfunctioned (fan motor burnt out), should and would be covered by the lifetime warranty on parts and labor, with no additional "travel" cost for coming out to fix it. 6/28/17 - We had 'Fan Man' of Charlotte (now DBA Fan Man Romano) install two attic fans about 2.5 years ago.
