Fan Frame is located just a couple blocks from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. It's a great art gallery and a really talented group of picture framers. The owner Jo is hilarious and fun to work with. Definitely recommend.
Rude is the best word I can use to describe my experience. A rude interaction and attitude upon walking in and getting reprimanded as if it was common knowledge to everyone that they weren’t open for end of year inventory. I’m sorry I didn’t know and I took 5 minutes of your day to try to bring business to a local shop. No sign on the unlocked door, no posts online saying you were closed, hours were posted google and Facebook - both said it was open. Yet I was treated with a rude and unprofessional attitude.
