Famous Parts Saved The Day Fast Shipping I checked all over the web for a blower for my hot water heater. Prices ranged from $350.00 plus shipping. But Famous Parts . Com sold me the blower brand new for $296.50 and that included FREE Next Day Air shipping. I got this the next day on a Saturday installed it in less than 15 minutes back in business again. The plumber only wanted $900.00 need more stores like Famous Parts

I ordered a Limit Switch for my heater unit and chose priority shipping. The part number and picture online matched my replacement part. I waited a couple of days to receive it and thought it would be helpful to call and get a tracking number. I called up and after waiting over 5 minutes on hold I was told it was "going out today". I ordered a $470 logic module plus $30 for expedited shipping for my boiler in October 2017. The part was defective, so they said they can't sell it to me, which was nice of them. However, it's December 28, 2017and I have been told ( by Rich) they would refund my order, but they have not. It's been two months and multiple phone calls with Rich in customer service , but NO REFUND. Nor have they have not responded to any of my emails. I ordered a discontinued part that they said they had in stock. It was to fix my water heater, which of course means I had no hot water. I called 4 times in 2 weeks to figure out where the part was. Every time I called I was told it was shipped that day. The last time I called, I was told that the post office must've lost it and that he was going to overnight the part.
