Recommendedthe service is fast and friendly and the food is the absolute best in town.
For the past 6 months or so the food has been beyond terrible. It's to bad cuz the old Famous was always 100% good at all times. N the customer service there now is horrific

Fries where so soggy they were unedible. They were not eaten and I was not offered a refund.
I dont recommend them, twice they have messed up the order, twice I have ordered the steak bomb subs with very little shaved steak, the second time I ordered a steak bomb, I got steak and cheese, with very little steak, when I called about the order I was told I wasnt charged for a steak bomb and they didnt hear me order a steak bomb and they would give me a credit for not getting buffalo wing dings that I ordered, but would give me a credit. We both were very happy with the calzones we got, the fries had great flavor even though they were a bit soggy. They quoted us 35 minutes and it was about that long.
Fresh never frozen great and made 2 order – There chicken tenders r way better than the puritains home made pizza everday & the steak & cheese r awesome 2
