I recently made my first (solo) purchase at Famous Tate of Winter Haven. I was reluctant and expecting a not-so-good experience. For personal reasons, I wanted to buy a no-frills washing machine. I was fortunate enough to have Sam as my salesperson, and it was a great experience. There was no high pressure sales pitch and no trying to sell me anything extra. Worked with Sam on a refrigerator purchase. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Fortunately our old refrigerator was good, and after fixing a breaker problem,, we cancelled the order. Will definitely go back when we need a new appliance and ask for Sam.
