Much appreciated to Famous Tate Appliance who stepped up to replace our broken 19 month old washer with a brand new one. We had many troubles and headaches dealing with the Repair company assigned by Allstate Protection Warranty. We were shopping for a washing machine. We knew what we wanted, so we went in and spoke with Tina E, and she helped us right away. Great service and was super helpful. We purchased the washer on Saturday and got free delivery for Tuesday.
Very friendly and helpful staff however the prices are higher than other stores in the area.
Famous Tate is the best appliance store of all! I will buy from no one else! Great products and honest salespeople!! What a great series of experiences I had with them for the past ten years!!! I will be buying a new fridge & dishwasher from them next week!!!
