I went there expecting a knowledgeable sales person. So very disappointed. I had more information from online shopping and basically helped her make the sale. Back to Lowes or Home Depot for me.
In and out within 30 minutes bought a washer/dryer. The sales lady’s were amazing. Tina help walk me through the whole process, and even got me set up for delivery and install for 2 days later. It’s been a pleasurable experience!
We have gotten our stove and refrigerator there in the last couple years, great service delivered, and set up
I purchased an LG refrigerator from FT. I was impressed with the sales person and the delivery team. Approximately 10 days after delivery I saw the identical product advertised at a lower price by a competitor. I called the store and spoke with the manager who verified the competitor’s price. The manager immediately matched the price and credited my account. I was pleasantly surprised with the FT response and can honestly say this was my first purchase from FT but, will not be my last.
