My washer of 12 years has left us and I needed one ASAP. With children and lots of clothes to be done. Got a great new one and with a warranty plan. The price was great and the sales person and staff were phenomenal. They were very understanding and willing to help and it was not just for a paycheck either. I felt welcomed!! Will be back if I need something else.
Much appreciated to Famous Tate Appliance who stepped up to replace our broken 19 month old washer with a brand new one. We had many troubles and headaches dealing with the Repair company assigned by Allstate Protection Warranty. We were shopping for a washing machine. We knew what we wanted, so we went in and spoke with Tina E, and she helped us right away. Great service and was super helpful. We purchased the washer on Saturday and got free delivery for Tuesday.
Very friendly and helpful staff however the prices are higher than other stores in the area.
