Worked with Sam on a refrigerator purchase. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Fortunately our old refrigerator was good, and after fixing a breaker problem,, we cancelled the order. Will definitely go back when we need a new appliance and ask for Sam.
They are the worst! For the past few years we have bought from here. Product never even lasts a year. Are stove's oven stopped working after 4 months! Two of the burners went out after barely 6 months. 3 washing machines and none last even a year. They never honor warranties at all. Famous tate is a complete rip off! I will never shop here again! I have informed everyone i know yo not do business with famous tate.
Had our washer and dryer delivered and installed today from Famous Tates. Love the appliances and the delivery men were a pleasure to deal with, very polite and professional !!
