I purchased an LG refrigerator from FT. I was impressed with the sales person and the delivery team. Approximately 10 days after delivery I saw the identical product advertised at a lower price by a competitor. I called the store and spoke with the manager who verified the competitor’s price. The manager immediately matched the price and credited my account. I was pleasantly surprised with the FT response and can honestly say this was my first purchase from FT but, will not be my last.

Website is false. Says items are in stock with 48 hour delivery, could even order and pay on website, but when got to the store it was a different story. None in stock rather on backorder. Total waste of time.
