They sell you the appliance and then set you up with an installer that doesn't know what he's doing. The appliance works initially but when you find that the little pieces of installation were missed, it's too late to engage Famous Tate and their chosen installer for a repair. Find another appliance shop that sells AND installs so there is better accountability.

Highly recommend Chase at Famous Tate's south Tampa location on Henderson Blvd. We had a unique situation with a new construction home and Chase was amazing to work with. He was patient despite all of my emails and questions. We received our appliances within the timeframe quoted, he worked with us on additional items we needed after we had the base appliances installed. Appliance shopping can be frustrating but Chase made it simple!

My salesmen for my washer/dryer and mattress were great. However it came time for the items to be delivered and that’s when things went downhill. Washer/dryer came just fine. But mattress was supposed to come that day as well. Never received information regarding my delivery window time. Called the store and talked to Steven multiple times that day.
