I bought an Electrolux washer/dryer in 2/2024 from Famous Tate. The unit broke within 1-2 months of having it. I called FT and they had someone help me right away. Now, a little more than a year later, the washer is not functioning correctly. I called Famous Tate and they basically said - you need to call your extended warranty through Allstate. Bought 30k of new kitchen appliances here about 6mo ago from Brent Escobar. The microwave was delivered with a dented door handle, still waiting for a promised replacement door. They did get Frigidaire to ship a replacement in March but it was damaged in shipping due to poor packaging. This did finally get resolved, it was a hassle but backordered from supplier and FT did follow through. I would buy appliances here again
