I was there on 1/10/2020 at 9:06 AM. I am with a residential service provider. I needed a nitrogen regulator but the CSR was not helpful....AT ALL. I usually don’t complain about lousy service, I just don’t go back. He didn’t even check the inventory on the computer while sitting at the counter to see if they had any in stock! But instead pointed to the place where they have them in the showroom. Then when I came back to ask, he was on his cell phone and completely ignored me.
