I’m an 18 year old kid from zanesville and just now getting started in this hvac buisness well I see scrap and I ask before I take they said I can have it because the guy was sick so I take well I get it loaded and the lady said I couldn’t have I’m not usually mean I go to church every week I just thought it was very unprofessional. I asked for a reason mind you I drove 36 minutes there to get it I don’t make a lot of money as it is then your gonna do that to me. Very unprofessional
Have been a customer for 24 years with them they have mostly work with Columbus branch. With not any problems there. This location is a joke. Got wrong parts and besides that my son which is 18 just started in business ask about there extra units that get thrown out if could have and said he could have them said he could drove from zanesville and load and very unprofessional lady come out said o now you can’t have the stuff was just told to come and get.
