Funny how they act like “oh we’re so much different than other corporations” during training/orientation, and put on this mask acting like they have your back, that they’re understanding, “we’re a family”, etc… but that mask comes off as soon as you’re done training and you see the soulless corporation they truly are. The Sebring distribution is a joke they can't keep people on the second shift they hold 2nd shift to a higher stand while the first do what they please. The 2nd shift manager doesn't know how to tell people how it is they are not about family and they like to play games with people jobs
Drivers, take Your straps from trailer before backing in to dock. I did delivery October 1st morning. After unloading, moved trailer from dock and found one strap in the trailer. I asked forklifter where is my second strap. He answered that he left 2 straps inside trailer and there is my problem because I lost it. So that means forklifters are stealing straps
Midnight supervisor harasses autistic workers and let's the workers call them mean names, statements to them.and doesn't like women being hired. They always say they are short staff.
