11-17-2009 I have been waiting for 13 days now for a simple quote for a general liability policy that i was told would take a half hour.Still dont have the quote ,nor have I been contacted to date.Same problem several years ago for a quote for a rental property policy that I never recd.I have been a client for many many years(homeowners ins/auto ins). Not a happy customer.
