My appointment was at 11:45 for a basic pedicure…they started 35 mins later. What’s the point of booking an appointment if they are not taking you in at the right time? Also, the pedi includes a five minute massage which in my case was a 1:47 seconds. Yes, I timed it because I knew that they were just rushing me at that point. Very rough and had to pull away quite often. Usually am very positive but WOW they were TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN!!

Went today with my daughter to get our nails done, we got a pedi and full set of acrylic nails. My pedi could have been better. They didn't really do a good job on the calluses and the lady doing my pedi was constantly answering the phone and getting up to do whatever during my pedi which was upsetting. The lady that did my pedi, did my daughter's nails, and my daughter said she was quite aggressive and it hurt to get her nails done (was not our first time, we have had our nails done several times in the past but not at this... read more
