Appointments and vaporware. Words mean nothing here. Horrible vibe. Linda, the lady getting her nails done who liked my shirt was dope tho. I had a horrible experience. One star. Get help.
these people have no idea what they are doing, especially anything about customer service. i had one nail tech take off my polish and tell me to go wait for the only other nail tech so that she could snack and be on the phone. i’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and will probably wait more

Ask for thoi she does an amazing job
An okay place to get your nails done and it is a bit dirty so that is concerning. As far as the aesthetic on nails and toes, I believe these were 4 stars. I do believe a previous reviewer about the establishment favoring certain races. My personal experience was much better when my European fiancé came in with me, but this has happened at other places before so it was expected.
