Now called hair 360....terrible. My experience was anyways. I went in and explained to the hairdresser what I wanted. Cut out the dead processed hair I had and shape it up. I had told her that she could go short if she felt that would be best. Well, not even ten minutes in, she handed me the mirror to look at the back. Done. I explained it looked uneven, maybe layer it a bit more, have the top not look so flat ...a few more snips, two sprays of something in the same spot that did nothing, and we were done again.
