Dandenong shop closed permanently. Website not updated. Shame I was going to buy a couch.
Placed a $500 deposit on a chair. 2months late with no word from ross. No response to emails, phone calls or messages. Disappointed to say the least. Will need to take legal action if this isnt resolved soon.
Ross was extremely helpful from quote to delivery, even calling up after our Derbyshire chesterfields arrived to make sure we were happy. A+ service. We went back and forth on a few options, and Ross was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The quality is top notch, very happy we didn’t settle for cheaper options elsewhere. We are in love with our two beautiful 2 seater chesterfields.
We recently purchased two Chesterfield tub chairs and an accompanying footstool from Ross & the guys at Famous Furniture Bazaar. We live in Northern Tasmania and our furniture was shipped last week and delivered today and we are beyond thrilled. We ordered the chairs some time ago as there was a delay in our new house settlement date, but nothing was too much trouble for Ross.
