Absolutely horrible customer service. Even worse when it comes adding notes that go with the flowers. Please check the photos I provided. I've seen kids write better than this. Absolutely embarrassing to spend $124 and have that delivered on someone's birthday visiting NY from overseas. Pure shame
This is a scam. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. They looked nothing like they were pictured.
Expensive and Horrible arrangements.
Expectation versus reality. Paid for same day delivery, had to call to get them to deliver the second day. Get your flowers somewhere else.
Whoever delivered the flowers was helpful and friendly and even took the flowers to my friends doorstep (lives in a large apt. complex) because they didn't want the flowers to get too cold in the lobby. Great service and the flowers were gorgeous! Thank you!!!
