Loyal customer – I've been a customer of Gloria's for more than 30 years. While she might not have the greatest people skills. There is NO ONE that cares for animals more. Sometime her tell it like it is personality can be upsetting to our egos. She is like "House" the doctor. You would not want anyone else to take care of your needs.
Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service – The owner of this grooming salon, Gloria, is really not into customer service. Never in my life has somene been so rude. When I came to pick up my dog she was on the phone being rude to a customer, and after she hung up with the customer she kept going on and on about how stupid he was for bothering her, and how I was "Lucky" that she was able fit my dog in.
