I ordered online and picked up an order today. I got home to realize I was missing several items. I didn't receive beans, coleslaw, or the original 4 corn muffins that should have come with the All-American BBQ Feast. When I called for a refund of the missing items, I was hurried off the phone with just a quickly spit out email (that doesn't work) and then was hung up on. I was also disappointed to only receive 2 packets of Devils Spit Sauce.
Famous Dave's is the best hidden secret located inside of a take out ONLY ghost kitchen located inside of Granite City Food & Brewery (Kansas City MO). I was literally driving to The Legends (Kansas City, Kansas) when we wanted some Famous Dave's. I was met by Arianna, who is the best. She was so helpful in answering all of my questions. Won't order again.. it was flavorless overcooked, from a satellite kitchen that didn't even bother microwaving it enough to warm it up . Trash trash trash.... Very disappointed that I can get better bbq at a gas station than a bbq restaurant...shame on famous Dave's .
