Update: I was contacted by a manger and received a refund. I ordered online and picked up an order today. I got home to realize I was missing several items. I didn't receive beans, coleslaw, or the original 4 corn muffins that should have come with the All-American BBQ Feast. When I called for a refund of the missing items, I was hurried off the phone with just a quickly spit out email (that doesn't work) and then was hung up on. I was also disappointed to only receive 2 packets of Devils Spit Sauce.
