This place is more of a to go place vs. sit down. We were a larger group and they were accommodating with moving seats around to fit us. The food was good and the portions were satisfactory BUT the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Will definitely return!!!
I wasn’t going to do this but after not receiving a refund/credit after over a week like the manager promised, I decided to. I’ve eaten at the regular fd restaurants maybe 4 times over the years and the food never looked or tasted like it did from here. Its been about a yr though so maybe they changed. Good customer service and clean location
The food and service at this location is fantastic! I had written off famous Dave’s because how horrible the 27 st location is but because how great this location is, I find myself going 2-4 times a week. The only bad thing is its location is not listed on their own site so I can keep giving 5 stars.
