I guess all things must come to an end 🍔 the Oakton location quality has gone way down! My fries were cold and they just brought them out, my rib tips (center cut) was half done, it’s a shame when you ask for toast and they give one toasted and the other untoasted, how does one think that’s not noticeable by the customer as if that’s the first time ever in a restaurant. So sad to get such poor CS/Food after all these years of going to that location as well as the other last few that are left in the VA area.
