On a recent trip to Las Vegas, we decided to go back to Famous Dave's Barbeque Restaurant and we are glad we did. The waiter starts out with a place and writing letters with each of the 5-6 barbeque sauces they have. We enjoy hot and spicy, so our favorite is 'Devil's Spit'. The flavor is wonderful! The beef brisket is so tender and the sides are very tasty. The catfish is small strips so don't expect a large dinner if you order the 8 pieces.
