As a woman, it is hard to go to an auto shop by yourself. Apex made my experience the best I’ve had at any service center and I’ve been to them all. The greeting by Amp, the answer to all my questions, and the advice on options made me want to spend my money with them. I am going to be sure to come here for all my service needs. Thank you, Apex, for making a woman feel comfortable about going in an auto shop alone again.

This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an automotive repair shop. The repairs were not completed correctly. The manager lied to me on two separate occasions. Once on the phone and once to my face. The store offers a military discount but does not give one. They tried to sell me parts and services that were not required to repair my vehicle.
