Food is good, but service is my biggest complaint. For what we requested, it took too long - we were mostly ignored and mistakes were made. Making a sandwich while the majority of pizzeria is 20% full should not take longer than 20 minutes. Should not be waiting longer than 20 mins for a scoop of gelato either. Most of the focus in the store seems to have been on the food services like uber eats etc.
It’s the best of the best pizza I’ve ever had. It’s a repeat for sure! I cant wait to visit Waterloo again so that I can go to your restaurant. We want more locations around Ontario!!
Really nice ambiance specially if ur sitting outside in the open air, food is delicious authentic Italian food, i would say its os kore of a casual place
