I've ordered a pizza for pick up 3 times, and all 3 times I've arrived on time and had to wait 15 minutes while they prepare my pizza. I would guess that they don't want to begin making food until they see you there in person. It's a shame because the pizza has been quite good.
Best Italian pizza i have ever eaten. I Highly recommended the tomato soup and Grande Tuscan Forno Chicken pizza.
Ordered two pizzas for delivery. The pepperoni and mushroom was alright but the margherita was very disappointing. The sauce tasted uncooked, almost sour. Ended up throwing out.
