My parents and I had dinner here and my mothers pasta was cold. When I informed the server, they just put it in the microwave and showed no remorse whatsoever. This restaurant use to be good so not sure what happened… 3/5 as this was a one time event but was disappointed as she was quite excited to eat here!
Ordered a pepperoni and had barely any cheese, sent it back and while they did replace it it’s still disappointing. Famoso (that we frequent regularly) used to have nice gooey slices of mozzarella on it. Now appears to be using some shredded cheese variant. Looks and tastes like what you’d find under a 7- Eleven heat lamp.
