Absolutely terrible customer service. Our order arrived missing one of the tomato soups we paid for. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and making it right, we were told that if we wanted the missing item, we had to drive all the way back to the restaurant ourselves. It's unbelievable that a business expects customers to spend more time and gas fixing an error the restaurant made. There was no effort to offer a reasonable solution, no concern for the inconvenience, and no real sense of accountability. Mistake... read more
