I would like to recognise and shout out to Familywise Medicare centre for provide good medical service to me and my family and special thanks to Dr Kevin who has been showing his care and professionalism all the time.
3 different bad experiences in the last few weeks with this practice. Had my blood test results read to me incorrectly that wasn’t good (another doctor had to tell me they were wrong and the results were good), had another doctor order the wrong blood test so couldn’t get a warning the day before my miscarriage started, same one who told me I didn’t need a referral to a place only to find out I did when I called and so had to book another GP appointment (delaying my referral appointment).
