An update to the problems with this company, it is now another 3 weeks since posting this review and 8 more phone calls and no one calls back or provides information to return a $700.00 pool pump, this is beyond ridiculous at this point. Almost 4 months now with over 40 phone calls and no return process provided. Next step will BBB and then legal action to seek the return of my money. This is truly a horrible company to purchase from. I purchased a pentair replacement pump, was sent an off brand pump instead. The off brand pump did not match pentair fittings. I followed instructions to begin a return, many pictures and phone calls after 3 months and an extremely rude customer service lady my return is still not resolved. These folks sold me a pump they didn’t have, kept my cash for 3 weeks and were then very rude/bizarre over the phone. IDK if the service person might have a medical condition?
Worst company in the world. I ordered a pool liner and came in with holes in it. they said they were waiting for a video from the factory. This was back in September 2025. Won't return calls or emails. I paid $877.00 I am screwed out of. Stay away no customer service. the person that did answer sound like they were doing it out the kitchen. Didn't have a clue. Jay is unless. Sent many pics no response. They need to be taken to court
