Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with someone named Jay, who I believe may be the owner, and I can honestly say he was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. Luckily I did not have a worse experience than most but I can relate to their frustrations. I ordered a filter which I looked at many sites. The FamilyPoofun site allowed me to add to my cart and pay. I followed up the next day bc my cc was not charged. Got Jay. He didn't even ask what my order was but said my credit card would be charged that night. Wish I would have looked at these reviews before buying. Their website completely mis-represented a pool floor liner. When I received it and found that out when opening the box, they have taken weeks and many ignored emails followed up by phone calls to help me facilitate a return. Week three of communication I was finally just told I have to pay return shipping, and they charge a 24% restocking fee. This is all because they did not advertise the product correctly.
