These folks sold me a pump they didn’t have, kept my cash for 3 weeks and were then very rude/bizarre over the phone. IDK if the service person might have a medical condition?
Worst company in the world. I ordered a pool liner and came in with holes in it. they said they were waiting for a video from the factory. This was back in September 2025. Won't return calls or emails. I paid $877.00 I am screwed out of. Stay away no customer service. the person that did answer sound like they were doing it out the kitchen. Didn't have a clue. Jay is unless. Sent many pics no response. They need to be taken to court
Were extremely rude.
They gave me the wrong pool ledgers, since my contractors threw away the boxes they could not send me correct ones. Pool pump doesn't work emailed probably 8-10 times. They place the blame on the manufacturers yet cant email customers back. This is the 2nd time I've purchased from here. 1st time was easy and smooth the 2nd time I would not recommend this company to anyone.
May 26, 2025, I Purchased a $2,000 pool heater from them, that leaked and died a month after installing on July 11th. My HVAC installer (all he does is pool heaters for 40 years), said I should get my money back after this. He couldn't believe what happened so quickly!
