I needed to order replacement parts for my pool which was purchased thru this dealer. A very rude unprofessional employee insisted I needed to purchase parts I disputed that I needed, up-changing me an additional $80.00. The new front caps fit just fine over the old top caps. This company used to be great to deal with when I first bought our pool and previously replaced the liner too, however now I do Not recommend this dealer due to such poor customer service!
Ordered a heater online and was called a day later to tell me it would cost me $300 more. Bait and switch!

Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with someone named Jay, who I believe may be the owner, and I can honestly say he was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. From the moment I called to inquire about purchasing an item, Jay was condescending, interrupting me repeatedly, and dismissing my questions as if I was wasting his time. Luckily I did not have a worse experience than most but I can relate to their frustrations. I ordered a filter which I looked at many sites. The FamilyPoofun site allowed me to add to my cart and pay. I followed up the next day bc my cc was not charged. Got Jay. He didn't even ask what my order was but said my credit card would be charged that night. I sent 2 emails and called back one more time and I got the excuses, however, after 7 days of my cc not being charged (luckily) i canceled my order. 30 minutes after cancelling ... read more
