I’ve had a great experience here. The nurses, especially Juana, Alexi, and Vanesa, Izza, are extremely helpful, patient, and caring. They always take the time to answer questions, guide you through everything, and make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. The receptionist team is also very friendly and professional. They greet you kindly, help with appointments, and make the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, truly attentive staff and great service. Highly recommend!
This 5 star rating is for Juana! She's always helpful, compassionate, welcoming & professional. I was concerned that the girl who took my payment was obviously sick, sneezing, blowing her nose. No mask or gloves. The other girl who I spoke with was less than helpful when I was checking out. I needed referrals for Xrays & Pulmonolist referrals...said find them on my own, check with my insurance...dismissed! I have been a patient of Dr.Neshati for years now, she is a good doctor. But unfortunately the staff in the front get worse and worse every year. Each time I go there I see how they treat patients, how rude and cold they are! Recently have been dealing with them billing me for my annual check up, which they should not have! When they are saying I have mentioned other problems in the check up which is not true! My insurance company told me how they have incorrectly coded it and they are not willing to correct it!!
