I’ve had a great experience here. The nurses, especially Juana, Alexi, and Vanesa, Izza, are extremely helpful, patient, and caring. They always take the time to answer questions, guide you through everything, and make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. The receptionist team is also very friendly and professional. They greet you kindly, help with appointments, and make the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, truly attentive staff and great service. Highly recommend!

They helped us get checked in, took our vitals, handled the pre-screening, and scheduled our next appointment smoothly. I’ve been coming to FamilyMedix for a while now, and I can honestly say this is one of the best care teams I’ve ever experienced. I called this clinic because my mom developed a respiratory infection over the past few days. The doctor was in-network, which was great. The staff told me to contact the insurance company to change my mom’s PCP to this doctor and send them the reference number, which I did exactly as instructed. On the day of the appointment, I arrived three minutes late.
