I’ve had a great experience here. The nurses, especially Juana, Alexi, and Vanesa, Izza, are extremely helpful, patient, and caring. They always take the time to answer questions, guide you through everything, and make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. The receptionist team is also very friendly and professional. They greet you kindly, help with appointments, and make the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, truly attentive staff and great service. Highly recommend!
Always a great time here! They do really well with getting me in around my appointment time every time and I appreciate the messages before my appointment to confirm and double check my insurance, etc. All the nurses + Neshati are so nice and welcoming too! Never a bad/awkward moment with them!! Shoutout to the receptionists Alexis and Vanessa theyre also so funny, always a fun time when I’m checking out lol

Alexis and Vanesa did a great job handling the scheduling and paperwork. They were organized, professional, and made the whole process smooth. I also appreciate that they returned my call right on time and kept me updated. Great customer service overall. Thank you both.
Lab technician Quettoy made my experience great! She explained every step and showed awesome attention to detail. I'm usually a hard blood draw, but she was able to stick me only once and fill all four viles. Thank you Quettoy for being awesome.
