Very bad service and extremely unprofessional. Two staff were talking badly about other customers right in front of us, which was very disrespectful. Their tone, attitude and facial expressions were terrible, and they looked extremely annoyed and unwilling to serve customers. They clearly didn’t care about customers’ feelings and openly showed their frustration. Management, please take this seriously and investigate this matter immediately. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate the complaint further.
