The worst experience of family mart I have ever face in the whole of my life. Mark this date 16 may 2026. Customer service doesn't explain properly that the line for oden is not for oden customer only but for all paying customers. Somemore let other customer insult other customer saying the customer cut the line when the customer only following standard family mart procedure. I will not go to this branch again. Please hire more staff, waiting 30 minutes for ramen
Staff service bad attitude. Today 1st May offer B1F1, however Massimo Matcj bread left 1 only. So ask whether can mix with other flavour for B1F1 promo, due to out of stock. Staff said cannot. Bought Oden ask for more soup staff also refuse said have limit of scope per bowl. Match ice cream also out of stock. This is what B1F1 FamilyMart Promo and staff service attitude.
Customers service very bad attitude, about the food oden, purposely provide less soup to customer, if request need add money.
