I have been going to this office for decades. However I just had the most embarrassing frustrating experience of my whole life. I am so disappointed it’s difficult to write this review. Their service was truly disgusting and disrespectful. Update: a few weeks later and I received an unnecessary bill for $500. I absolutely hate this place.

Update 03/20/2025: Just left the office and had to leave before I had a stroke from being so upset - the receptionist & the office manager are both very rude Update 02/13/25: still no contact from the office. Also had an appointment during the recovery from Helen - never got a call to reschedule. I keep getting a bill for something my insurance will cover - again no response. i have be coming to this practice for many of years. When i called to try to get a visit for a sinus infection the lady at the front desk was absolutely awful. She was rude and hung up on me after i made the comment that i cant wait a month to see the doctor for a sinus infection. This is so disappointing that people get treated this way and they get by with it.

The absolute worst administration I've ever delt with. Since Dr Snyder took the practice, it's gotten worse. I used to go every year for a physical and get my prescriptions renewed, all in one visit. He changed that really quick when he took it over. Now you must go every six months. They get another office visit. I delt with it. Now I just found out that if they ask you about your medication during a physical, they charge you another office visit. They code your visit wrong as well.
