I can not say enough good things about them. I have been with Dr. Andy Dandekar for 3 different clinics now, and this one's been the best. Front desk staff are fantastic and always super nice, and the Dr's really take time to make sure you are heard.
The wait times are awful. We had to wait over 2 weeks to get an appointment just for quick immunizations. Then had to wait 2 hours past our scheduled appointment time.
Excellent medical care.
Been trying to get my medicine refilled for two weeks now, constantly met with annoyance from the reception staff over the phone. I'm fully out of my medication, if this was life-saving medication I was waiting on, I'd be absolutely terrified. Two days ago they told me they would send it for sure the next morning. Only to be met the next day with "we'll do it when we can get to it" still no refill waiting for me at the pharmacy.
