I called and left a message requesting a call back as I have a family member who needs counseling. It's been 3 days and I have not received a call back. Thankfully we have found someone to work with my family member...he called back in less than a day.
Professional, courteous, and very helpful given our circumstances. Highly recommended if you are going through one of those times...
