Called looking for assistance, for the first time ever in my life, stated I was inquiring for assistance. CHERL was on the phone and absolutely RUDE. No customer service at all. It was like I was a bother to even call and ask. Shame. Thanks for the attitude! As I stated on the phone, I hope she gets exactly what she deserves in life.
On regards of the North Augusta 1:00 PM Sunday service: someone should tell the church goers that their alarmingly loud music, whose decibels and powerful bass sound make you jump even at the other side of the facility, is posing a serious health risk to children and toddlers; no one in their good sense should be exposed to such racket, but most especially children, as they are more prone to hearing problems than adults. Potential members beware. When going to cancel, you will get charged an additional month because of their “30 day notice policy”. I am cancelling my membership on 2/5/2026 and will have to pay for an additional month, through 3/15/26 because of this policy. Please cancel well in advance! Lesson learned!
