Ted, my representative, was highly communicative. What he gave was helpful: the tips, guidance and expectations throughout the entire process. What he said- happened. That’s rare to find in today’s trades in my opinion. My wife and I are happy we did it! There is a feature with the windows we have that also helps lock the windows to partial opening only- which when we child-sit our non-verbal autistic nephew - it’s key to his safety! Thank you FW+D! Family Windows and Doors replaced a picture window for us yesterday. They made the entire experience simple and easy. Someone was out for an estimate within 48 hours of my contacting them. And once the new window arrived, they got us scheduled immediately; and the two men who handled the installation for extremely polite, very focused, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would highly recommend this company!
