Excusez moi de parler en Français Mais j ai été victime d un très mauvais accueil par une francophone à l accueil.Elle a été appelée pour aider à la communication. Dr Megan is the best optometrist I have ever dealt with. She took my son in on an emergency basis on the Friday of a Labour Day weekend…we were camping 1.5 hrs away and my son had a very very bad accident. She was a god send that day and for his care afterwards. My family is now patients. She’s got a lovely friendly attitude. I feel confident that we are looked after as her patients. Best place I’ve been amazing with the kids.
My eye exam was very professional, and I’m extremely happy with that service. As far as accommodating me with a pair of glasses was an absolute joke. The employee that took over had very little interest and helping me out. And I must say their prices are way over what everyone else is offering. I picked up my two pairs of glasses elsewhere for the same price of there one!
The staff and Dr Paul Lamothe do their very best to accommodate your every need and are very thorough during the exam. They never make you feel rushed and ensure you leave with a detailed idea of your eye health during the visit. Thank you very much family vision center and Dr. Paul for making my experience above and beyond
