The staff was pleasant and informative when asked questions. Dr. John was forthcoming answering my questions. I've always liked him as a person and professional.
My daughter can be very nervous/shy about her eye exams but she really loves Joel. He makes her feel a bit more at ease and she always asks for him when I'm making her yearly appointment.
