If I could give a lower review I would. I've been going the clinic for EIGHTEEN YEARS, the last three years my glasses have been lost for months with no update. This time around I asked to speak with Rita, the office manager, and her explanation is simply "we don't have record of them, call back in a week." I've also requested speak with the doctor to put in a complaint to no avail. Poor management by office staff, poor communication and dishonest people.
Great phone conversations, even with Laughter! Quick and pleasant check in. Very patient with Me being a new patient. Kind and Caring. I felt relaxed and relieved having my eyes in their hands! They were kind and patient with My Service Dog 🐕🦺 as well. Cheers! Sincerely!
Waited 2 hours to have my Rx faxed to Walmart. NEVER HAPPENED. Called over 70 TIMES NO ANSWER. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO EXCUSE!
The doctors are great here The hours of operation aren't very good but they are very dedicated to their patients and work hard to make every patients happy
