RecommendedLong time patient. Dr. Orvis professional, effective and sensitive to patient need. Numerous optometrists much(!) closer to me. Staff similarly professional. Always polite, cheerful. Would be remiss if failed to acknowledge - the ladies always do their best to accommodate the patient. This is much appreciated (and tested) due to infrequent presence in area. Clear "5"!
I've been going here for just under two years and plan on going here for years to come. Dr. Orvis is phenomenal, very personable and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I only live about twelve minutes away currently, but I would happily travel if necessary; it would be well worth it. I've had a couple different issues related to both glasses and contacts and they were extremely helpful in getting me in in a timely fashion and problem-solving both of my issues. I have been coming here for years! I live in West Allis but it is totally worth the drive. Today I was in there with my 2 year old daughter and remembered why I love coming here. They all helped and watched my daughter gave her paper with stickers it made my appointment so easy today!! Thank you tons!!!
I love that they give personal service. They worked with me trying to find the correct contacts sampling over 6 months just to find the perfect fit!!!!
I have been going to Family Vision Center for 16 years and cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is. Dr. Orvis is amazing and her staff is so friendly and helpful! I have recommended Family Vision Center to others and will never go to another vision place. Nobody else is allowed to be trusted with my eyes!
