Places like this care ZERO when it comes to customer service. They only care about MONEY. FEES. Got a busy schedule, have to move an appointment, FEES! Boutique shops like this are HOT GARBAGE. Enjoy the $60. Put it to good use.

Best eye doctor experience I've ever had! Everyone was so nice!! I was going to a chain before this, and they messed my prescription up badly, to the point that I went back and paid for a second exam after getting new glasses, and they basically told me that I was wrong and the script didn't change. Miss Jill did a great job with my eye tests (there were 3 different tests, along with PD measurement, and it cost $30), which thankfully didn't include the big puff of air in the eye like at the chain, which I've always had to do... read more
