Nancy and Karen ALWAYS exceed our family's expectations when it come time to get new glasses / sunglasses. Their eyewear selection is by far the best in the area. When you ask about the return policy, make sure you specifically ask about their RE-STOCKING FEE !! This place charges a 25% restocking fee but you WILL NOT be told about it, even if you ask what their return policy is. They are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Arrogant and Ignorant. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
If your glasses are defective and you cant see out of them and you want a refund as promised -watch out -they charge a 25% restocking fee. They dont tell you this and nothing is posted but this is their policy. I found out the HARD way. I paid 98.00 and received nothing but a headache...................
